Battle Between Good And Evil

Everything in the universe has been created and exists for a good reason.

Plants exist for humans to eat and to give out breathable air for humans as well.

The sun exists in our solar system to give out energy for the planets and other planetary systems revolving around it.

Mothers and fathers exist to bring new lives into this world and care for their children as they grow up.

Goodness in this world exists to give faith and hope for humanity to have a brighter future.

As crazy as it may sound, even evil itself exists with a good purpose.

There will be no definition and existence of goodness if if evil does not exist because there will be no boundary to determine good from evil.

For us humans, it is always a constant battle of goodness and evilness in our minds and hearts.

The question we should be asking ourselves is do we exercise our power and free will correctly and for the betterment of ourselves and others?

Doing either good or bad things for each event in our lives has always been a choice for us to make.

Should we go along with the good side or the evil side?

Of course we always want to go with the good side, but the question is how do we become aware of our acts and determine if we are doing a good or an evil act?

Normally, taking the evil path is the easier path.

There are so many temptations lurking around and if we are blinded by them and grab one of them in our lives, we may not realize it at first, but we just put ourselves on the path towards destruction.

Evil can entice us with promises, disguise as something good in the beginning and is easier to achieve and accomplish, but comes with a huge price in the end.

That is why being a good person should always drive us because we and everyone around us will be in much better positions and we will be able to live good lives.

To achieve a semi state of goodness and enlightenment, one needs to travel a far and narrow road, achieve more than one thinks he or she can achieve, put his or her trust in God and believe in the impossible because pure goodness is impossible to achieve as a human being.

Just keep in mind, it is a real challenge for us to get to the end of the road of goodness and enlightenment as long as we are alive because everyday is a living journey and a learning process.

But I believe it is achievable to be at the end of the road of success as long as we always try and exert efforts to stay on the path of the good side.

The question is how can we always stay on the right track in life if evilness is part of being a human?

A crazy or evil thought that pops in our minds out of nowhere is natural for us to experience because we are humans and humans are not perfect beings who make mistakes (except for Jesus Who is God as human Who lived a perfect life while He was physically on earth a long time ago).

It is also not good to entertain and let these kinds of bad thoughts grow, and worse is if we act based upon them.

That's why we need to have a combination of faith, love, discipline, good intentions and good judgments because these are some of the best traits we have that can drive evil away from us.

If we thought of something bad and we realized in the end what we thought about was bad, we should accept our mistake, brush it off our shoulders and say I'm human and it's normal for me to have this kind of thought.

Denial of these bad thoughts will make it worse for us because we will not be at peace within ourselves and the more we think about them, the more is the probability that we are going to act them out.

It's really dangerous for us to play with the evil side and forces for they can ruin us and other people surrounding us.

Let us be patient, stay positive, driven by good intentions and always keep our light shining no matter how arduous and long our journey to the good side can be and we can be rewarded in the end.

But let us not expect to get something in return in the end if we do good things because if we expect to get something and the rewards do not come to us, then we may be doomed because that state we are in can take us to the path of rebellion and destruction.
